Weld Yokes

Every custom driveshaft weld yoke is only as good as the machining that went into it before it ever gets near a welder. The bore that accepts the driveshaft tube needs to be concentric with the U-joint bearing bores, dimensionally matched to the tube OD, and held to a wall thickness that leaves enough material for a full-penetration weld without blowing through. A weld yoke that’s slightly off-center, bored out of spec, or made from inferior steel will create a runout problem that no amount of balancing will fully correct. Our weld yokes are machined to the tolerances that professional driveshaft shops depend on — predictable fits, consistent geometry, and material quality that welds cleanly without porosity or cracking.
