1. General Return Policy

At Universal DriveShafts, Inc. (UDS), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once you receive your RMA number, package the item securely, including all original packaging materials, accessories, and documentation.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 days.

Please note the following:

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

DriveShaft Length

Measurement (A) :
Measure from the transmission output flange face to the center of the carrier bearing bolt holes.

Measurement (B) :
Measure from the center of carrier bearing bolt holes to the flats (center of u-joint or flats) on the end yoke at the differential.

Measure from the end of the rubber boot extension to end the of the transmission output/spline. If spline is recessed in rubber boot Extension, enter ø.

Spline Extrusion Length

Measurement (C) – Spline Extrusion Length:
Measure from rubber seal to end the of the transmission output/spline. If spline is recessed in rubber seal, enter ø.

Seal to Flange
