- 0.750" longer C-to-end than the short version (3103-243M at 5.250"); measure your existing yoke before ordering
- 23/24-spline x 1.082" PD -- Mitsubishi-specific; not interchangeable with any domestic 24-spline specification
- 1.678" hub requires matching tailshaft seal; standard 1.500" seals will not seal this hub
- Inspect the Mitsubishi tailshaft bearing bore -- worn bores cause yoke wobble regardless of spline fit quality
- Pairs with 1310 U-joint at 1.062" cap diameter; Spicer 5-153X or equivalent
Mitsubishi transmission output shaft seals should be replaced any time the yoke is removed. The seals on these platforms are inexpensive and a worn seal that is reseated against a freshly polished hub will typically last only a fraction of its original service life. Source the seal by hub OD (1.678") and shaft diameter rather than by part number, as aftermarket seals vary slightly in casing OD.
