1403-25 – Transmission Yokes – 1100 Series – 24/25 X 1.109 Splines – 1.375″ Hub Dia

Application Note: The Ford Capri used a European-market drivetrain with 1100-series U-joint geometry at the transmission output -- lighter-duty hardware than the domestic Ford C4/C6. Substituting a 1310-series yoke will not physically fit, as the U-joint cap bore diameter in the 1100-series yoke ear is smaller. Use only 1100-series joints with this yoke.

The 1403-25 provides a serviceable replacement for the Ford Capri's transmission output yoke, which used a 24/25-spline, 1.109" PD output shaft common to the European Ford drivetrain specification. The 5.500" center-to-end dimension maintains stock driveshaft geometry in unmodified Capri chassis. The 1.375" hub OD must be matched to the Capri tailshaft seal bore -- the European-spec seal is not interchangeable with domestic Ford C4 seals despite similar visual appearance. This transmission yoke is steel construction, appropriate for all stock and mildly modified Capri applications. Note that the Ford Capri RS2600 and RS3100 used heavier drivetrain components in some markets -- verify your specific variant's output shaft spec before ordering.
