The SPL70 series U-joint cross bores must match the yoke ear dimensions of the 70-3-41X. Do not mix series -- a SPL70 slip yoke should be paired only with a SPL70 or compatible-series cross and companion yoke. Mismatched series results in incorrect snap ring grooves and potential joint separation under load.
