3-53-1951 Stub Shaft Specifications
The 3-53-1951 stub shaft -- 15/16 x 1.500 spline | 3.000" spline length | 2.844" butt dia | 10.625" end-to-weld | fits 3.000 tube. Heavy Duty.
Spline length determines how much engagement you have on the output shaft. Too short and you're running the shaft on the last few splines -- that's how output shafts get damaged.
