CVJ-style stub midship shafts like the 1254-683 are used when driveline angles require constant-velocity plunge travel rather than a fixed joint. The 1.181" bearing diameter seats into the center support bearing housing.

Designed to pair with 2252-682 midship assembly. The 6.625" end-to-weld length provides the weld attachment point to the driveshaft tube. Tube wall of 0.083" is standard DOM tubing specification.
CVJ stub shafts require that the CV joint housing bore and plunge travel match the assembly. Confirm spline count (19) and diameter (0.850") against the differential or transfer case output before ordering.
