2852-1082U UDS Rzeppa CV Joint Kit — 38 x 1.14" Spline, Chrysler Application
The 2852-1082U is a Rzeppa-style CV joint kit manufactured by UDS for Chrysler applications. It features a 38-spline bore at 1.14 inches in diameter with an inner race width of 26.2mm. The outer race diameter is 108mm with a width of 32mm. The bolt circle diameter is 94mm with 6 bolt holes at 10.2mm diameter. This is the outside snap ring version and mates with part 2852-1082. Boot cap is included.

When fitting the 2852-1082U, confirm the stub shaft has 38 splines at 1.14 inches diameter and that the snap ring groove is on the outside of the inner race, not internal. The companion flange must have a 94mm bolt circle with 6 x 10.2mm holes. This outside snap ring configuration is distinct from the 3152-1082U (inside snap ring) — confirm the shaft retention type before ordering.
The 2852-1082U and 3152-1082U share identical outer race dimensions (108mm OD, 94mm bolt circle) but differ in inner race snap ring groove position. Using the wrong snap ring version will result in improper shaft retention. Cross-reference the part number with your application's shaft specification to select the correct configuration.
