- 1751-series U-joint: intermediate between 1310 and 1350 in cap size; verify joint series before ordering the complement U-joint
- 2.000" x 0.083" tube is a compact medium-wall specification; critical speed at this OD limits useful span to approximately 30--35" without a center support
- 1.844" butt diameter -- close to the standard 1.875" bore of 2.000" tube (2.000" - 2x0.083" = 1.834" bore; 1.844" butt provides 0.010" interference for centering)
- 1.750" CL-to-weld -- balanced geometry for 2" tube assemblies; longer than the 2726-150 small-tube variant
- Match with a weld yoke at both ends for a complete assembly in the 1751 series
The 2.000" tube driveshaft appears frequently on compact Japanese and European platforms as well as on auxiliary power shafts and PTO applications in light-industrial equipment. When replacing this yoke, confirm the original tube wall -- both 0.083" and 0.065" walls exist at 2.000" OD, and the butt diameter difference (0.031") prevents interchangeability. The 1726-20 is specifically for the 0.083" wall variant.
