When fitting the IC32, confirm the existing tube is 2.5" OD x 0.095" wall (25-095) and the target tube is 3.0" OD x 0.083" wall (3-083). The 2.31" ID reflects the 0.095" wall of the 25-095 tube. This differs from the IC38 (2.334" ID, for 25-083 tube with 0.083" wall). The thicker 0.095" wall reduces the effective bore, requiring the smaller ID on the IC32.

If the existing tube is the lighter 25-083 (0.083" wall), the IC38 applies instead. The IC32 ID of 2.31" is not correct for a 25-083 tube and will result in loose fitment.

The IC32 ID of 2.31" and OD of 3.0" are the critical matching dimensions. Verify both tube specifications (25-095 inner and 3-083 outer) before ordering. Substituting the IC38 (designed for 25-083, 2.334" ID) in a 25-095 application results in an oversized ID and incomplete inner tube seating.
