The 5362 is an increase bushing that adapts a 25-095 tube to the larger 35-065 tube designation. The inside diameter is 2.281" to fit over the 25-095 tube, and the outer diameter is 3.5" to interface with the 35-065 tube bore. Bushing length is 875.
