When fitting the IC25, confirm the inner tube is 2.0" OD x 0.065" wall (2-065) and the outer tube is 2.5" OD x 0.065" wall (25-065). This is a same-wall (0.065") transition. The 1.87" ID accommodates the 2-065 bore; the 2.5" OD provides the weld interface for the 25-065 outer tube. The weld lip of 0.125" is shallower than the 0.25" found on heavier-section bushings -- account for this in the assembly length calculation.

The IC25 shares the same ID (1.87") and OD (2.5") as the IC28 (2-065 to 25-083), but differs in the target outer tube wall spec. IC25 targets the lighter 0.065" wall outer tube; IC28 targets the heavier 0.083" wall. For the weld joint to seat properly, the outer tube wall specification must match the intended bushing design.
