5-297XU UDS 1310WJ Universal Joint
The 5-297XU is a 1310WJ series universal joint manufactured by UDS. It connects two mating yokes, allowing the driveshaft to transmit torque through changes in operating angle. This joint is sealed for life, requiring no field lubrication.
The cap (trunnion) diameter is inches with an overall width of inches. The retention style is — ensure the yoke ear bores are machined for the same retention type. 1310WJ yokes with -style retention are required; a yoke bored for a different retention style will not retain the caps correctly.
