The 2880-47 center support bearing specs: 1.181" inner dia | 2.910" center-to-base | 2.250" mount spacing. Application: MERCEDES series. Inner diameter must match the midshaft stub OD exactly — a loose fit allows the bearing to walk on the shaft, which causes vibration and accelerates wear on both the bearing race and the shaft surface.
