The Land Rover LR2 uses metric mount hardware throughout its driveline -- the 1480-16 requires M8-1.25 bolts at the crossmember, not SAE fasteners. Using SAE bolts in metric-threaded holes strips the thread engagement on the first installation. The 3.250" mount spread is the narrowest Volvo/Land Rover carrier in the 1480 series, and the 2.000" center-to-base is among the tallest. Both dimensions must match your LR2 crossmember. The 1.181" bore is standard for this center support bearing family.
