The 1280-74 is the standard Q50/Q60 center support bearing. The 3mm spacer sets the correct operating height for the RWD and standard AWD driveline geometry. For the AWD-specific tunnel layout requiring 15mm, order 1280-76. Both units share 1.181" bore and 6.000" mount spread -- the spacer thickness is the sole distinguishing specification.
