- 2.250" mount spread is the narrowest in the Volvo 1480-series family
- 2.125" center-to-base is identical to 1480-70 -- the XC70/XC90 variant -- but mount spreads differ (3.675" vs 2.250")
- Cannot be installed on the factory Volvo V70 shaft -- geometry is specific to replacement shaft builds
- Bore ID 1.181" standard
The 1480-60 fits the 1999-2001 Volvo V70 in a new driveshaft assembly context. The 2.250" mount spread is the narrowest in the Volvo 1480-series center support bearing lineup and distinguishes it from the XC70/XC90 version (1480-70, 3.675"). Do not attempt to fit this carrier to the OEM shaft.
