Full Description
The 2-4-1103 is a 1310 series end yoke with a round bore and keyway, used where the shaft end is machined with a keyway rather than splined. The 1.375-inch bore is a step up from the 1.250-inch bore on 1000 series yokes -- do not confuse the two; the 1.375-inch yoke will not seat properly on a 1.250-inch shaft.

When replacing a round-bore end yoke, inspect the shaft keyway for wear. A worn keyway allows rocking under reversing torque loads, which progressively enlarges the keyway and eventually leads to shear failure of the key. Replace a worn shaft rather than reusing it with a new yoke.
