Increase bushings like the T350-125-125 solve the problem of tube-to-yoke diameter mismatch. When a yoke is bored for a smaller tube than what the application requires, an increase bushing is pressed into the yoke bore, providing the correct smaller inner bore for the tube while the bushing's outer diameter fills the yoke bore. The T350-125-125 has a 3.5-inch outer diameter and is designed for 3.5 x 0.125 wall tube, with 3-inch working length.

Press fit is critical -- the bushing must be an interference fit in the yoke bore to prevent rotation under torque. Confirm the yoke bore matches the bushing OD tolerance before pressing. A slip fit is unacceptable; the bushing will spin and destroy both the yoke bore and the bushing under high-torque cycling.
