T350-125-083 -- 3.5 OD Increase Bushing for 0.083 Wall Tube

The T350-125-083 and T350-125-125 share a 3.5-inch outer diameter but differ in inner bore -- the -083 variant is bored for 3.5 x 0.083 wall tube (thinner wall) while the -125 variant is for 3.5 x 0.125 wall (heavier wall). The thinner-wall tube has a larger inner diameter for the same OD, so the bushing inner bore must be correspondingly larger.

Selecting the wrong bushing variant -- -083 instead of -125 -- results in a tube that seats too deep in the bore (excessive interference fit) or a tube with visible gap at the yoke face. Both conditions weaken the weld joint. Always specify both tube OD and wall thickness when ordering increase bushings.
