The Dodge Sprinter was a rebadged Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van sold in North America. As such, the driveshaft yoke specifications follow the Mercedes engineering conventions, using threaded metric holes rather than the clearance-hole patterns common on domestic American truck driveshafts. The 3526-4121 is the Dodge Sprinter tri-prong yoke with a fine-thread 12x1.5 pattern.

The fine thread (1.5mm pitch) vs coarse thread (1.75mm pitch) distinction is important when ordering replacement hardware. Mixing pitch in threaded holes causes thread stripping at torque-down. The Sprinter application uses fine-thread (12x1.5) while some other 120mm prong applications use coarse-thread variants.

Note the 3.000" OD tube specification on this yoke, compared to the 2.500" OD on most smaller tri-prong yokes. The Sprinter's larger-diameter driveshaft tube requires a correspondingly larger butt diameter (2.844" vs 2.344").
