The 2626-302 is an OEM-specification replacement weld yoke for KIA rear-drive and AWD applications using a 3.000" x 0.065" driveshaft tube. The 2.877" butt diameter is specific to KIA's tube-to-yoke interface geometry and provides the concentricity reference that keeps the driveshaft assembly within factory balance tolerance after welding. The 1.625" centerline-to-weld is compact, which places the weld close to the U-joint centerline -- this is intentional in OEM designs that package the driveshaft in tight underbody clearances.
