The 2726-258 is the late-model BMW tri-prong yoke with a 105mm bolt circle. BMW transitioned from the 96mm bolt circle pattern to 105mm on later E-series and F-series platforms. The 22mm pilot provides registration accuracy that the earlier no-pilot (N/A) 96mm BMW yokes lack.

The 1.187" face-to-weld is one of the more unusual dimensions in the series - most yokes round to 0.125" increments, but the 1.187" (which could be expressed as 1-3/16") is specific to this late BMW application. The 28mm bushing diameter is the conventional socket-style prong geometry, confirming this is not a male-pin variant.

Earlier BMW applications (3-series E30, E36; 5-series E34, E39) predominantly used 96mm bolt circles. The 105mm pattern appears on E46, E60, E90 and later platforms. Confirm your BMW model and production year against the bolt circle measurement. A 105mm BC with no pilot would be a different part number from this 22mm-pilot variant.
