IC20 -- 1.424" ID x 1.819" OD Increase Bushing
0.197-inch wall thickness per side for structural press-fit applications.
The IC20 has a meaningful wall thickness of approximately 0.197 inches per side (OD 1.819" minus ID 1.424" = 0.395" total wall, divided by 2). This is a structural increase bushing -- it carries hoop stress from the press fit and contributes to the weld joint strength. The 1.424-inch inner bore corresponds to approximately 36mm metric tube, while the 1.819-inch OD fits a yoke bore sized for roughly 46mm tube.
Applications: metric-to-inch driveshaft fabrication, adapter builds for import vehicles, and custom driveshaft fabrication where tube OD and yoke bore are mismatched by roughly 3/8 inch per side.
