Balance starts at the weld. The 3-28-97U weld yoke is machined concentric so the driveshaft doesn't introduce runout at the joint after welding.
3-28-97U Weld Yoke -- Dimensions & Fitment
The 1410 series is the standard for HD trucks -- F-250/350/450, Ram 2500/3500, Dana 60/70 axles. 3-28-97U weld yoke -- fits 3.000X0.095 tube | 2.344" butt dia | 2.125" center-to-weld.
Steel DOM-compatible -- standard weld prep, full-penetration weld recommended. Tack in place before final weld -- confirm runout is within 0.005" before committing to full weld.
