The 2604-32 is a UDS 7260 Series end yoke manufactured from high-grade steel with machined spline bores, precision bearing seats, and controlled snap ring grooves. Material and Construction

The raw material for this yoke is selected for its combination of tensile strength and machinability. After rough forming, the spline bore, hub, and bearing seats are finish-machined on CNC equipment to hold tolerances that exceed OEM specifications. The BS snap ring groove is cut to a consistent depth and width, ensuring that the snap ring seats fully and cannot back out under vibration.

Dimensional Reference

Every dimension on this yoke has a functional purpose. The 2.125" hub diameter determines how the yoke registers against the output shaft seal or retainer. The 3.625" center-to-end measurement affects driveshaft operating length. The 2.000" through hole prevents interference with internal shafts or speedometer cables. None of these dimensions can be ignored when selecting a replacement.

Application and Installation

This yoke is designed for FITS 203/205 TRANSFER CASE STRAP KIT PART NUMBER: 2670-10. Installation requires a clean output shaft free of nicks, corrosion, or damaged splines. Inspect the snap ring groove in the shaft before installing the new yoke. Torque the retaining hardware to specification -- do not rely on thread friction alone to retain the yoke under high-RPM operation.

Pair with a fresh 7260 Series U-joint for a complete driveline service. Reusing an old U-joint with a new yoke negates the benefits of the replacement.
