Category Information
The companion flange is the interface between the driveshaft and the differential pinion shaft, and its condition has a direct impact on the health of the entire rear drivetrain. A companion flange with worn pilot bore, damaged bolt holes, or a scored seal surface creates problems that cascade — runout at this joint feeds directly into U-joint wear, and a leaking pinion seal due to a damaged flange surface is a contamination risk for the entire differential. Our companion flanges are machined to maintain correct pinion shaft fitment, true bolt circle geometry, and a clean seal surface that allows the pinion seal to do its job. Available for common rear axle applications in both OEM-replacement and upgraded configurations.
