Shimmy at 60, clunk at takeoff, or grease dust around the caps — any one of those means the u-joint is done. The 5-760X Non-Greasable Universal Joint - 1310WJ Series 5-297X | 1.188X2.188 is the correct replacement.
Factory-sealed with high-temp grease. No zerk, no service interval. For most daily-driven vehicles, sealed joints outlast greasable ones that never get serviced. The 1310WJ series runs a 1.062"–1.063" cap diameter across a 3.219" width — built for Jeep WJ-specific 1310 use. It's the standard cross on Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ (1999–2004), specific front/rear driveshaft fitment.
Cap retention style is ISR (Inside Snap Ring). Circlips seat inside the yoke bore. Common on import vehicles, front axle yokes, and some OEM assemblies. Requires internal snap ring pliers. Additional: DANA 30 - DANA 35 , DANA 44 FRONT AXLE SHAFT BETWEEN FORD MPAR AND GM.
