Full Description
The 2680-50 center support bearing fits Mazda and Kia driveshaft applications where an offset mount is required. The offset means one mounting bracket sits 0.50" from the bearing centerline while the opposite bracket sits 1.50" from center. This asymmetry positions the bearing at the correct driveshaft height while accommodating an angled or offset chassis mounting surface.
Offset-mount center bearings must be installed in the correct orientation. Reversing the installation rotates the bearing offset, which will change the driveshaft angle by the full offset amount (1.00" in this case). This error consistently produces driveline vibration in the 55-80 mph range on most Mazda and Kia RWD applications.
