UJ45126 -- Weasler AM77S Series, 45MM x 126MM, Heavy PTO U-Joint
The UJ45126 (Weasler AM77S / series 201-7726) is a step up from UJ41108 (AB9 series) in the agricultural PTO hierarchy -- the 1.772" (45MM) cap diameter and 4.957" (126MM) width handle higher torque loads found in large-frame tractor and high-horsepower implement applications. At this size, the joint is commonly found on 150+ HP tractor PTO shafts and combines where the driveline must sustain high-cycle torque reversals during field operation.
The greaseable OSR design is standard for this application class -- field maintenance is non-negotiable. A dry PTO U-joint at 45MM cap size running at 540 or 1000 RPM will develop surface fatigue in the needle bearing tracks within hours of dry operation. Follow the implement manufacturer's lubrication schedule; in continuous high-duty-cycle applications, grease every 4 hours. Keep a spare set of bearing cups and snap rings on the tractor for immediate field repair if a cup spalls.
