The 32x87MM cap-to-cap measurement on UJ3287 places it in the metric import category -- this size is found on Japanese and some European full-size truck and SUV driveshafts. The 1.259" (32MM) cap diameter is not the same as the 1.250" cap used on some domestic conversion joints (such as 5-243X), so do not substitute without measuring the yoke bore directly. Even a 0.009" undersize cap will allow the bearing to rock in the bore, rapidly destroying the hardened bore surface.

The 3.425" (87MM) width dimension is the trunnion span measurement -- measure the distance between the inside faces of the yoke ears to confirm this width is correct for your application. An ISR joint that is too narrow will not fully engage the snap ring grooves; one that is too wide will bind the yoke ears outward. The non-greaseable sealed design is standard for this application class -- if the original equipment joint had a grease zerk, verify whether a greaseable equivalent is available before substituting a sealed version.
