5-1515X Universal Joint -- FOREIGN Series
The 5-1515X is a FOREIGN series universal joint cross designed for FOREIGN series driveshaft applications. Cap diameter is 1.142" with an overall width of 2.080". This cross is greaseable (zerk fitting included).

Series & Compatibility
The FOREIGN series uses a 1.142" cap diameter. All four cap sockets must be FOREIGN series yoke bores -- mixing series at a single joint creates uneven bearing loads and will cause premature cap failure. Confirm the series designation on both yokes before installing this cross.
Lubrication & Maintenance
This cross is greaseable (zerk fitting included). Grease at every oil change interval with NLGI 2 extreme-pressure grease. Purge until fresh grease appears at each seal -- this also flushes contaminants from the bearing races.
Installation Notes
- Clean all four cap bores in the yoke ears before pressing in the new caps.
- Press caps squarely -- do not cock the cap during installation or the needle rollers will skew.
- Install all snap rings and confirm seating before applying full torque to the driveshaft.
- Check for binding through the full operating angle range after installation.
