The 4804-301 end yoke slides onto the axle or transfer case output shaft, locking onto the splines and becoming the u-joint cradle at that end of the driveshaft.

The 4804-301 end yoke -- 1.590" x 30 spline | 2.370"" hub dia | 3.900"" CJ-to-end | 1.630" bore. GM 10.5 & GM 11.5.
The 1480 series is the standard for heavy commercial Class 3-4 trucks and Dana heavy applications. Count the splines on your shaft. If the shaft was replaced or the axle swapped, the spline count may not match the original.
