A sloppy end yoke causes driveline clunk and accelerated u-joint wear. The 4804-01 end yoke is the direct replacement -- correct spline count, correct series.

The 1480 series is the standard for heavy commercial Class 3-4 trucks and Dana heavy applications. Count the splines on your shaft. If the shaft was replaced or the axle swapped, the spline count may not match the original.
