Full Description
The 3R26-13 ball stud yoke is a weld-in yoke with an integrated ball stud for CV head centering — it combines the tube-end weld connection and the CV centering mechanism in one part. For 3R series applications, the tube OD, butt diameter, and ball stud specification are all specific. The 3R26-13 ball stud yoke won't accept a different ball stud diameter or fit a different tube OD.
3R26-13 Ball Stud Yoke — 3R Series Tube Fit & Ball Stud
The 3R series covers metric 3-bolt flange — European and import platforms. The 3R26-13 ball stud yoke specs: fits 1.250X0.120 tube | 1.016" butt dia | 0.500X0.950 ball stud. DUST COVER RUBBER. Ball stud diameter determines which CV head this yoke is compatible with — it's the centering seat for the CV ball. Butt diameter determines tube OD fitment.
Verify ball stud diameter against your CV head socket before welding the 3R26-13 ball stud yoke to the tube. Once welded and balanced, the ball stud spec can't be changed without cutting out the entire yoke. Measure first, weld second.
