The 3-70-38X is a 1480 / 1550 series universal joint strap kit. It secures U-joint caps measuring 1.375" in diameter, with a bolt center-to-center spacing of 2.13" and bolt length of 0.75". Thread specification is .375-24; fasteners torque to 52 ft-lb.
