The 3-70-28X is a 1350 / 1410 series universal joint strap kit. It secures U-joint caps measuring 1.188" in diameter, with a bolt center-to-center spacing of 1.806" and bolt length of 0.75". Thread specification is .312-24; fasteners torque to 32 ft-lb.
