Full Description
The 2719-611 is a BMW-specific nose bushing at 28mm outer diameter with a rubber internal bore. BMW uses rubber-bonded nose bushings at the driveshaft midpoint to isolate drivetrain vibration from the body. The rubber compound and bond quality are specific to BMW's noise and vibration requirements -- using a generic rubber bushing of the same nominal dimension may produce vibration transmission that the OEM bushing isolates.

BMW nose bushing replacement: the rubber element can delaminate from the metal housing without producing an obvious symptom -- the shaft may still feel secure statically but will transmit vibration at specific RPM ranges. If a BMW shows highway-speed vibration that disappears at another speed range, inspect the nose bushing bond integrity before pursuing more expensive diagnostics.
