The 2-2-1339 is a 1310 series flange yoke with a 6-bolt pattern on a 3.307-inch bolt circle. The 1310 series uses 1.062-inch diameter U-joint caps -- the same cap diameter as the 1210 series, but with a wider trunnion. Verify the series by measuring the U-joint cap diameter, not just the cap count.

Note that the 2-2-1339B (1350 series) uses the identical bolt pattern. If the application has been upgraded from a 1310 to a 1350 U-joint series at the differential end, the companion flange can remain in place -- only the yoke changes to the 2-2-1339B.
