3-1448XU UDS combo U-joint 1410X1480. Cap 1.188″ and 1.375″. No-lube sealed cross for converting 1410 to 1480 series driveshaft connections.
Full Description
3-1448XU is a UDS combination U-joint for connecting 1410 series and 1480 series driveshaft ends. Both series use large-diameter caps (1.188" for 1410; 1.375" for 1480), and both operate in heavy-duty truck applications -- but the cap sizes are not interchangeable. This combo cross eliminates the need for a new yoke when one end of the driveshaft interfaces with 1410 hardware and the other requires 1480.
The 1480 series (1.375" cap) is a step up in capacity from 1410 (1.188" cap). When only one end of the driveshaft has been upgraded to 1480 and the other remains 1410, the 3-1448XU bridges the gap.
