TU395 is available two ways: as a complete 72" stick or priced by the foot. The whole-stick option is cost-effective when you need a full-length replacement shaft tube and want to minimize material waste. The by-foot option suits shorter one-piece shafts or sections cut for two-piece assemblies.
3.000" OD with 0.095" wall is a commonly specified size for compact trucks and lighter rear-wheel-drive vehicles. The 0.095" wall falls in the middle of the available range for this diameter and handles torque loads typical of naturally aspirated four-cylinder and light six-cylinder applications.
Verify inside diameter against your weld yoke butt diameter before ordering -- a weld yoke butt that is too large will not fit inside the tube; one too small results in an undersized weld joint.
