The T35-ALFY-08U flange yoke from UDS is a 1350 Series companion flange designed for 7075-T6 Aluminum Flange, 104mm CVJ conversion, Does not fit Demon/Demon170 but fits most other Charger/Challengers/300. With a 4.093" pilot diameter and 3.465" bolt circle, this yoke mates to the companion flange on the differential or transfer case output, providing the secure mounting point for the driveshaft's U-joint.
Engineering and Design
Flange yokes are the most critical interface between the rotating driveshaft and the stationary axle housing. The pilot diameter (4.093") must match the companion flange register bore exactly for the yoke to run true. The bolt circle (3.465") and bolt hole diameter (0.425") must also match the companion flange bolt pattern to the thousandth of an inch -- any offset creates a dynamic imbalance that grows with speed.

Installation and Torque Requirements
Flange yoke installation requires that the companion flange mating surface is clean and flat. Any burrs or high spots on the mating face will cause the yoke to run out-of-true, producing vibration. Torque the flange bolts to the manufacturer's specification in a star pattern -- never in a circular sequence -- to ensure even clamping force across the flange face.
After installation, spin the driveshaft by hand and check for binding at any point in the rotation. Binding indicates either a misaligned yoke or a U-joint that was not installed squarely. Correct these issues before driving, as binding under load will destroy the joint rapidly.
