The 90-70-28X is a UDS strap kit for SPL90 and SPL100 series universal joints. The kit fits a 1.625" cap diameter. Bolt length is 0.75", thread diameter is .375-24, center-to-center spacing is 2.312", and torque specification is 52 ft-lb.
