Before ordering, compare the inner bore diameter against your midshaft stub shaft OD with calipers. On Sprinter platforms, the two-piece driveshaft is a common source of vibration complaints -- and nine times out of ten the root cause is the center support bearing rubber isolator, not the U-joints. The isolator hardens and cracks with heat cycling, producing a vibration that typically peaks between 45 and 65 mph and changes character with engine load.

When replacing: support the rear half of the driveshaft before loosening the bearing bracket, slide the bearing off the stub shaft, and compare the new bracket hole spacing against the original before torquing down. Mismatched bracket orientation will stress the rubber isolator from day one and shorten service life.
