The 2280-55 is the Acura-application center support bearing with a 1.000" center-to-base height. Acura AWD and SH-AWD vehicles use two-piece or three-piece driveshafts on longitudinal drivetrain configurations, particularly the TL, RL, MDX, and RDX platforms.
The 0.985" inner bore (25mm) is standard for this vehicle class. The 1.000" center-to-base dimension places the bearing centerline 1.000" above the bracket mounting face. This height positions the driveshaft at the correct operating angle for the Acura chassis geometry.
