10-4-0282 -- 1000 Series PTO Yoke, Hexagon Bore
Hexagon (six-sided) bores are common on agricultural PTO equipment operating under shock-load conditions. The hex shape distributes torque evenly across six faces rather than concentrating it at a single keyway. The 10-4-0282 uses a 7/8" (875) hex bore with no keyway.
