Spec note: 1680-60 has zero center-to-base offset -- the bearing centerline is flush with the bracket base. Most carriers hold the bearing above the mount plane. Substituting a carrier with any non-zero base height will tilt the driveshaft out of alignment on the Genesis platform.
The 1680-60 fits the Hyundai Genesis rear driveshaft carrier. The Genesis RWD platform uses a rigid driveshaft layout, and the flush-mount bracket geometry keeps the shaft CL parallel to the tunnel floor across the full suspension travel range. The 6.811" mount spread is specific to this application -- do not confuse with the Kia variant (1680-55, 7.125" spread). Bore ID is 1.181". Verify all three fitment dimensions before ordering: bore ID, center-to-base, and mount spread. The center support bearing must match all three.
