Full Description
Shimmy at 60, clunk at takeoff, or grease dust around the caps — any one of those means the u-joint is done. The UJ3593 Fits Multiple Series 35x93 OSR 1.378X3.661 is the correct replacement.
Cap retention style is OSR (Outside Snap Ring). Clips retain cap from outside the yoke bore. Most common retention method on domestic trucks. No special tools needed — standard snap ring pliers work.
Greasable with standard chassis grease — service every 30,000–50,000 miles for best longevity. Use a quality CV/chassis grease, not wheel bearing grease. Dimensions are 1.377" cap, 3.661" width — measure your existing joint or yoke bore before purchasing.
If the cap won't seat cleanly, the bore is wrong. Don't force it.
