614-100 -- PTO Star Tube (61mm x 4mm)
614-100 is a PTO star-profile (multi-point star shape) steel tube with a 61mm cross-section, 4mm wall, and 1-meter (39.37") length. The star profile is used in heavier-duty PTO applications where the triangle profile is insufficient. The star shape provides more engagement area between the inner and outer sections compared to triangle, which distributes torque over more contact points and reduces surface stress.

Star-profile PTO tubes are not interchangeable with triangle-profile outer tubes of the same nominal dimension. Star inner tubes must mate with star outer tubes or yoke bores of the matching star profile. Attempting to use a triangle inner with a star outer (or vice versa) will prevent proper engagement.
