1325-12 – Cv Ball Kit – TOYOTA Series – 12mm Bore – Notes Toyota 12mm CV Kit

The 1325-12 (also listed as 2-1325-12) is the 12mm bore variant of Toyota's CV ball kit series -- the smaller bore compared to the 1325-13 (13mm). The bore dimension corresponds to the shaft journal diameter that the CV ball assembly rides on. Installing the 12mm kit on a 13mm shaft creates excessive clearance and clicking noise; the 13mm kit on a 12mm shaft creates an interference fit that prevents assembly.

This CV joint kit is for Toyota front driveshaft service. Measure the shaft journal diameter with a micrometer before ordering -- 12mm and 13mm are visually indistinguishable without measurement. The correct kit produces a slight drag when assembled by hand; zero clearance or interference indicates the wrong bore size.
